PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Have you been interested in beginning a yoga practice but don't know where to start? Is your schedule all over the place that you can't make it to group classes? I can help you! I offer private individual and small group (minimum of 2 people) yoga classes in the Geelong and Surfcoast Area - whether it be in a beautiful space outdoors or in your very own home.

My private classes are personalised so that I can provide a safe and optimal practice that suits the needs of each person. A personalised practice allows those who are just starting out to establish and progress in their own yoga practice, giving them confidence to perhaps later join group classes or continue practicing autonomously themselves.

I also like to have a brief informal conversation with those booking a private class so I can create a practice suitable to the person/s individual characteristics (mental, physical and emotional). We are all unique. We are all different - and every day is different so we are different with that day! Our physical body (such as age or injury) and our mental and emotional body (such as stress and anxiety) change day to day, therefore, our practice needs to be adapted to our ever changing bodies. 

Individual and group classes are for all levels; beginners to advanced. All ages, genders and practitioners of any style, everyone is welcome! I also offer Pranayama and Meditation classes. 
 
The requirements to attend are:
- Abandon any expectations
- Forget stereotypes
- Practice without judging (yourself and your classmates)
- Have an open heart
- Smile (even if it's on the inside)
- Breathe
