I graduated from the University of Ballarat (now known as Federation University) in Victoria, Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Nursing. I then received my Nursing Registration through AHPRA and began working as a Registered Nurse with Barwon Health in Geelong, Victoria. I worked in all areas of nursing such as Aged Mental Health Care, Paediatrics and Peri and Post Operative.

I then had the opportunity to advance my career in Primary Health Care Nursing in General Practice. I work alongside some incredible General Practitioners and Allied Health Providers to give the best health care to thousands of patients. It is here where I have learned the importance of primary health care in not only a community setting, but also in the individual.

"I graduated from the University of Ballarat (now known as Federation University) in Victoria, Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Nursing"

Here, I specialise in patient advocacy, triage and first aid emergencies, the planning and management of patient care through the conduction of health assessments and care plans such as Chronic Disease Management Plans (i.e.. Diabetes, Heart Disease and Asthma), health promotion and education by promoting patient, carer and community wellbeing, minor surgeries and procedures (i.e.. removal of skin lesions), skin cancer treatments, patient observations, women's health and pregnancy, weight management programs as well as creating a welcoming, caring and safe environment for patients and their families.

I then became passionate about holistic wellbeing and decided to further my knowledge in Health Coaching. In 2015 I decided to study Nutrition, Health & Lifestyle Coaching through the Cadence Institute of Health. Although I am still studying, I have already completed an Accredited Certificate of Nutrition.
