A one-on-one consultation is for anyone who has interest in taking their health and wellness goals to the next level but just need that extra bit of advice and guidance. This plan is ideal for anyone who wants to investigate or tweak their diet to meet specific goals, or investigate areas that may be blocking you to reaching your ideal goal. I’m here to guide you in the right direction. 

This plan includes:

  • A Health Assessment and Health History Form and a 3 Day Food & Lifestyle Diary to fill out and return prior to our session
  • 1x 60 Minute Skype Call
  • Various handouts depending on your needs 
  • Unlimited emails/SMS between sessions
